Just wondering: What way is this apartment building for sale?

It says it is 20,000 square feet, and is 20,000 euros. It says some stuff, and I think it’s saying there is 5 apartments in it. Does that mean each apartment is 50,000 euros? Or something with rent? Because if they’re for sale, does that mean it’s a condo? Also, can you buy all 5 apartments for 250,000 euros? Please answer with a detailed, long answer, and yes I know it’s in Germany and not Arizona. Here is the information for the house:
