The two apartment buildings were built in 1964, and were 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.  The front building, located at 12 Belchertown is a two-story former hotel containing 21 garden-style apartment units: 20 studios and one four-bedroom unit. The rear building located at 10 Belchertown is a single-story L-shaped building containing 14 one-bedroom units.
